BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

Booking shall be done through website www.rcslam.com/ rcslam-booking.com or App "Fit by Wix" or "Auau". Please sumbit your booking, settle payment immediately and upload it to the booking system, and wait for approval from admin team.

PAYMENT

Upon class registration on RC SLAM booking platform, full payment must be made within 2 hours so as to secure the spot. Otherwise, the registration will be deemed unsuccessful.

Inclement weather policy

Announcement will be made one hour before class commencement. If the class is canceled before commencement due to inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled and no refund will be made.

- ⁠If the class is suspended and canceled within 15 minutes of commencement due to inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled and no refund will be made.

Cancellation policy

- If student cannot attend class due to sickness or other personal reasons, student must inform RC SLAM at least 2 hours before class commencement, and provide medical certificate or other proof within 48 hours of class commencement.

Class will be rescheduled if above conditions are met but no refund will be made. If student fail to do so, no rescheduling or refund will be made.

Social media policy

- Photographs of students attending RC SLAM classes and events may be taken and used for RC SLAM marketing purposes. If students have any concerns about this, please inform RC SLAM accordingly before commencement of class.

RC SLAM shall hold the final decision on all policies and disputes.
